Trekking in Ganesh Himal not frequented by many tourists and it situated in central Nepal, northwest of Kathmandu The terraced hillsides seem to climb to the sky. Other interesting wild animals are the Himalayan thar, gaur, many kinds of monkeys and musk deer. There are interesting panoramic views destination points are called Singala pass, Dharka, Jasail Kunda, Jyamrung, Kasigaun, Khanchok and Gorkha offer you more than 35 mountains over 6000 m (19'680 ft) above sea level.

Ganesh Himal Trekking Itinerary

Day 01
Arrival at Kathmandu:
Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan intl. airport our representative welcomes you and assists to transfer in your hotel in Kathmandu/Bhaktapur. After refreshment you will have briefing about your trekking tours. Finally stay overnight at Hotel.
Day 02
Sightseeing in Kathmandu
Full day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley includes the Hindu temple complex at Pashupatinath (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) the biggest Buddhist Stupa at Boudhanath. Also visit Monkey Temple the Swyambhunath (2500 years old temple) and visit Patan city of fine arts. Return to the hotel.
Day 03
Drive Kathmandu to Betrawati, 6 hrs
You will drive north of Kathmandu via Trishuli Bazaar (Shoping centre for local people, mix caste people from different village.
Day 04
Trek from Betrawati to Kispang (1850m), 6hrs
Today our trail is uphills and we follow mostly the way gently up and we explore the local village and their tradition so on finally we will be in Kispang.
Day 05
Trek from Kispang to Thulo Chaur ( 2350m), 5 hrs
Today our trek is really pleasant so gradually uphills. On the way we will pass the Tamang village and their culture, some of the palces we meet monastery and gorgeous natural waterfall and we stay in Thulo Chaur.
Day 06
Trek from Thulo Chaur - Gonga ( 3000m), 4hrs
At the beginning uphill walk and gradual uphill through rhododendron forest which is the national flower of Nepal all the way to Gonga, which is our camp site. You could see Langtang Lirung and Gosainkunda mountain ranges from here.
Day 07
Trek from Rupchet to Shing La pass (4400m) or Sing La Top (aprx. 4600m and Cherma (aprx . 2900m), 8 hrs

It would be long day to finished so this day also will intersting to see amazing mountain views with sunrise when we reach on the crown this is the highest pass in this trekking and we decent down to Cherma.

Day 08
Trek from Cherma to Meyghang (2300m), 6hrs
On the way we follow the forest with juniper, pine trees and other many more. We meet the village with Tamang ethnic group with fabulous mountain views.
Day 09
Trek from Meyghang to Darkha, 7 hrs
Crossing landslide nearby Jharlang, you begin your trek through ascent path with views of Ganesh Himal, Manaslu, dense forest, waterfall, farming terraces and villages Darkha is the first Brahmin village on this trek. From here you can enjoy the view of Aankhu stream at some distance.
Day 10
Trek from Darkhu to Khahare Bazaar, 6:30 hrs
The early part of your trek is descent up to Darkha phedi and your route moves along the river bank until you reach Khahare There is a big market at Khahare Bazaar with lodges, tea shops, big school and other important buildings. This place is famous for magnificent views of farming terrace.
Day 11
Explore day at Khahare,
There are many things to do for you today as there is school. You are welcome to visit the school and there is a river where we can go for swimming & fishing. Also we could explore the local market and and their lifestyle.
Day 12
Drive from Khahare Bazaar to Kathmandu by bus: 8 hrs
The road till Dhadingbesi moves through unpaved road and then you drive along the well paved road until you reach Kathmandu It can be best defined as scenic journey due to the beautiful views of rivers, hills, terraces, forests and villages.
Day 13
Leisure as holiday in Kathmandu.
In kathmandu you will be free and if you would like go elsewhere you can take the help with us as a friendship, you can enjoy last night in Kathmandu.
Day 14
Transfer to international airport for your final departure.
After breakfast, End of our services with departure transfer to the Kathmandu airport to board flight for your onward destination!!!
