Day 01Arrival in Kathmandu airpot (1,350m), Transfer to hotelUpon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, you will be warmly welcomed by our airport representative. Pick you up and transfer to your hotel in the Kathmandu Valley in a private vehicle. After a welcome drink and room check-in, there will be a short briefing about your trip itinerary. If you wish, you can take a short walk to explore the surrounding areas of the city.
Day 02 Drive from Kathmandu to Jiri Bazaar (1,877m/6,158 feet), 6-7 hoursStart your day early with a scenic drive by tourist bus or private jeep (additional cost) from Kathmandu’s New Bus Park or Ratna Park around 5:00 AM. Your journey to Jiri covers approximately 190 kilometers and takes about 7 to 8 hours, passing through Dhulikhel, Mude, and Charikot with glimpses of Himalayan peaks and terraced landscapes. Along the way, enjoy a winding drive through pine forests and hillside villages, with breaks for meals and refreshments. By late afternoon, you will reach Jiri Bazaar, where cozy local guesthouses offer a warm welcome after the long drive.

After about an hour of climbing, you’ll be rewarded with a breathtaking 360 degree panorama of the Himalayas, including Everest, Makalu, and Kanchenjunga, bathed in golden morning light. After soaking in the views, return to base camp for breakfast and a brief rest. Your descent will continues toward Jasmane Bhanjyang, following a scenic trail along high ridgelines and alpine pastures. After about six hours in total, you’ll reach Jase Bhanjyang, where a cozy teahouse awaits for your overnight stay.
Day 08Jase Bhanjyang to Junbesi trek (2,700m/8,859 feet), 4 hoursToday’s trek features a steady descent through lush rhododendron and pine forests, with sweeping views of remote valleys and distant mountain peaks. Along the way, you may spot local wildlife and experience the tranquility of the Solu countryside. Cross small streams and pass through picturesque Sherpa villages that reflect the unique culture of the region.

Day 10Return from Salleri to Kathmandu (275 km), 9 hours.Begin your return journey early in the morning with a scenic jeep ride from Salleri to Kathmandu, which takes approximately 9 to 10 hours depending on road conditions. Alternatively, flights from nearby Phaplu to Kathmandu are available on Mondays and Fridays, offering a quicker return option.
