Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu valleyUpon arrival in Kathmandu, Tribhuvan International Airport, we will receive you with a private vehicle and transfer you to a hotel in Kathmandu. Our representative will give you a briefing about the ABC trek further program in detail.
Day 02: World heritage site of Kathmandu valley sightseeing.After breakfast the day will start to our guided trip to cultural world heritage sites in Kathmandu valley; including visits to the pilgrimage sites of Hindus Pashupatinath temple, the world biggest Bouddhanath Stupa, visit Swoyambhunath Stupa also known as monkey temple and historical Kathmandu Durbar Square with a temple, unique architectures and Kumari (living goddess) in central Kathmandu. Day 03: Fly to Lukla airport (2886m/9,437 feet). Trek to Bengkar (2698m /8,822 ft.), 5 hoursWe take an early flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, upon arrival at Lukla, we would be refreshed in one of the hotels and then start our trek to Phakding (2640 m). We trek following a gentle climb up the mountainside on the left bank of the Dudh Koshi. Nupla peak (5885m) can be seen on the opposite bank. We pass several Sherpa villages such as Ghat, Phakding, Tok Tok, and finally, we reach Bengkar village.
Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m/11,249 feet.), 6 hoursThe trail climbs from the riverbed on the left bank into the mountain, through a forest to Chumoa. We continue along the trail with many ups and downs; cross a stream, and pass by the tiny village Monjo. We then come to the Sagarmatha National Park office where a park entrance fee is to pay. We follow a short walk along the riverbed of this valley where the major river meets each other. Crossing over the Hillary bridge, the trek begins the steep ascent to Namche Bazar. On the way, we would have excellent views of Mount Everest (8848m) and Lhotse (8516m.). Surrounded on three sides by mountain ranges, Namche Bazar (3440m) is a central hub of the area for food, trekking gear, and other necessary goods. In the afternoon, hike to the National park museum.
Day 05: Khumjung village trek (3790m/12,393 feet), 3 hoursWe walk up to the Sengaboche hill station which is about 3900m/12,753 ft to explore the best Himalayan scenery including Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Nuptse, Lhotse, Tawche, Kwangde .. etc within 360 deg angle. This is one of the most highlighted places of the whole journey. Then we walk downhill to the sandy ground of Khumjung village. In the afternoon, you can visit the Khumjung monastery and Kunde hospital if you like. It is one of the biggest settlements of the Sherpa community. We can also enjoy the splendid view Himalayas from here.
Day 06: Tengboche Monastery Trek (3867m/12,645 feet), 7 hoursThe trail goes ahead leaving a steep cliff that drops down to the Dudh Kosi. During the journey, we would have a panoramic view of the Himalayas such as Ama Dablam (6812m), Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse (7855m), and Tawoche (6501m). We would visit Trashinga, Phunki Tenga, and reach Tyangboche. Now, we ascend towards Tengboche Monastery where we visit to see how Buddhist monks pray. Tyangboche hill offers a good view of sunrise and sunset at Everest and Ama Dablam. We head downhill walking to de Woche village where we stay overnight.
Day 07: Trek to Dingboche village (4260 m/13,930 feet.), 6 hoursWe trek from Tyangboche to Dingboche (4260 m.). Leaving Tyangboche at the backdrop, we descend through the rhododendron forest and enter Deboche. Crossing a suspension bridge at Imja Khola, we head towards Minlinggo and inter Imjatse Valley beneath the mighty peaks of Ama Dablam, Nuptse, and Lhotse. Dingboche is dry and big village with lodges and guesthouses.
Day 08: Dingboche village day tourToday, we acclimatize at Dingboche to be familiar with the local climate. Today, we hike to Dingboche hill to get acclimatized. Hike to Chhukung is optional, it also provides a majestic view of Island peak, Ama Dablam, Makalu, Tawoche peak, and others. In the late afternoon, we come back to Dingboche and take rest.
Day 09: Dingboche to Lobuche (4930 m/16,121 feet.), 5:30 hoursIt is our turn to head towards Lobuche from Dingboche which is situated at a distance of five and half hours normal walk. The onward trail is gentle up to Pheriche village. Along the trail, we would be privileged to have panoramic views of Mt.Tawache, Ama Dablam, Pokalde (5741m), Kongma-tse (5820m), and the great wall of Nuptse. We would have lunch at Dugla (4595m) and trek to Lobuche.
Day 10: Everest base camp trek (5364m/17,540 feet) , 7 hoursHaving breakfast at Lobuche, we trek to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep (5140m.). Visiting the Everest base camp trek is the most rewarding section of the trek. Our trail winds up through the rocky path and Khumbu glacier. The view of Nuptse, Lho-La, and Khumbutse. Visit Everest base camp and come back to Gorakshep.
Day 11: Gorakshep to Kala Patthar (5545m/18,132 feet). Walk to Pheriche (4243m.), 9 hoursWe trek from Gorakshep to Kala Patthar (5545m.) and trek to Pheriche (4243m.). Early morning, we get ready to climb Kala Patthar (5545m.) and enjoy the view of sunrise. We would see Mt. Everest, Mt. Pumori, Mt. Lingtren, Mt. Khumbetse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt. Thamserku and many more from Kala Patthar. Himalayan Rescue Association Aid Post is available at Pheriche health post where foreign volunteer doctors are providing medical treatment.
Day 12: Tengboche trek (3867m/12,645 feet.) , 6 hoursTrek from Pheriche to Tengboche (3867 m.). We would visit the research center and trek to Tyangboche. During the route, one can enjoy descending through the rhododendron forest. Tengboche is famous for the oldest monastery. From the monastery, one can enjoy the splendid view of Ama Dablam, green hills, and pristine rivers.
Day 13: Namche Bazaar trek (3440 m/12,249 feet) , 7:30 hoursFinally, trek descends from Tyangboche to Namche Bazaar (3440 m ) passing several some small villages. You will catch the way descends from Gokyo valley. We trek furthermore twenty minutes to find a lodge for lunch and a short pause. After Lunch at Sanasa, we hike up to Khumjung village where one can visit traditional villages landscapes. You might also visit Hillary Hospital located in Khunde. And in the meantime, we follow the trail to Monastery which offers Yeti Scalp. Finally, we come to Namche Bazaar in the late afternoon.
Day 14: Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2886 m/9,337 feet), 8 hoursWe trek to Lukla with the same trail as we use on ascend. It is the last day of our trekking. Upon arrival at Lukla, we would get refreshed and take a rest.
Day 15: Mountain flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. Evening, drop off at the international airport.We board our early flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. Upon arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport, receive and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, go shopping or request us to discover Kathmandu as a guided trip at an additional cost. The dinner and breakfast are provided in the same lodge you spend the night every day and Lunch will be provided on the way to the next place where you are going.

Answer: Guest house trekking all the lodges they have a shower which you can get it somewhere paying and somewhere without paying however if you are in camping trekking – we provide you hot water bucket then you will take a bucket shower.

Answer: During ebc hiking, there are all places hotel and shops where you can able to buy mineral water and you can buy it for drinking but however we advise against buying mineral water in plastic bottles, as currently there are no provisions for disposing of these. Instead, we provide you with boiled water or bringing chlorine tablets to purify the normal water as the normal water is available at the campsite.
Question: Can I charge my digital camera or other batteries on my trip?
Answer: During the Tea house trekking there will be more chances to charge the battery. We recommend you bring an extra pair for in case. Remember to bring your own adapters!
Question: Is there any communication facilities on Everest Base Camp Trekking?
Answer: In this trekking route you can get telephone services as well as internet services as well.

Answer: No! You need to have cash Nepali rupees because credit cards work only in the bigger city tours/city areas.

Answer: When walking/trekking in the mountains, the distance you cover each day can vary greatly due to a gradient, terrain, and altitude. As such it is very hard to give specific distances on each day, however, you have to be prepared to walk roughly about 5 hours each day.
