Day 01Welcome to Kathmandu – Gateway to the Himalayas.

Upon arrival at the vibrant capital of Nepal, our representative will warmly welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer you to your hotel in the heart of Kathmandu city. Depending on your arrival time, you may explore the bustling streets of Thamel, a popular hub for trekkers filled with gear shops, local eateries, and cultural charm.

Day 02Scenic Drive to Pokhara. City of Lakes and Adventure.

Today, journey through picturesque countryside landscapes as you travel by a comfortable tourist bus from Kathmandu to the peaceful city of Pokhara. Once you arrive, you’ll be transferred to your hotel near the tranquil Phewa Lakeside. If time allows, enjoy a relaxing walk by the lake or explore the colorful lakeside markets filled with handicrafts and trekking essentials.

Day 03Journey Begins – Pokhara to Nayapul taxi, Trek to Tikhedhunga / Ulleri (2,050m / 6,726 feet), 6 hours

After a short drive to Nayapul, the real adventure kicks off with a scenic trek towards Tikhedhunga or Ulleri village. Continue this trail winds past terraced fields, charming villages, and riverbanks, providing your first taste of the Annapurna region’s rustic beauty. Today’s trek is moderate and ideal for warming up your legs for the days ahead.

Day 04Trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani (2,850m/9,350 feet), 4 hours.

Gradually ascending through dense rhododendron forests and cascading waterfalls, you’ll hike from Ulleri to the magical village of Ghorepani. As you climb higher, snow-capped Himalayan peaks begin to appear on the horizon, making for a visually rewarding experience. Ghorepani, located at 2,850 meters, is a popular stop on the Annapurna trekking circuit.

Day 05Sunrise Spectacle at Poon Hill (3,210m). Trek to Tadapani Guest houses (2,630m/8,629 feet), 7 hours.

Rise early for a breathtaking hike to the iconic Poon Hill viewpoint. From 3,210 meters, witness a golden sunrise over the majestic Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges which is a moment that defines the best of Himalayan trekking. After returning to Ghorepani for breakfast, continue your scenic journey through rhododendron-covered ridges and descend toward the peaceful village of Tadapani.

Day 06Cultural Touch your trek to Ghandruk and Return to Pokhara.

Today’s walk leads you through enchanting forests to Ghandruk at 1,940 meters, one of the largest and most culturally rich Gurung villages in the region. Enjoy views of Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail Peak) before heading back to Pokhara via a short drive or continued walk to Nayapul. You’ll have a blend of cultural immersion and natural beauty is a true highlight of the trek.

Day 07Return to Kathmandu city. Transfer to hotel.

Bid farewell to the mountains as you drive back to Kathmandu by tourist bus. You’ll have more scenic glimpses of rural Nepal, and upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel to relax or enjoy some last-minute shopping in Thamel.

Day 08Departure Day – Until Next Time.

After breakfast, we’ll escort you to Kathmandu International Airport for your return flight home. As your unforgettable Himalayan trekking adventure ends, we hope to welcome you again for your next Nepal journey.

Poon hill weather
